Dr. Kiehl is a Harvard-trained psychiatrist, board certified in both adult and child & adolescent psychiatry.  She is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate psychiatric treatment for children, teens, and adults.  With her robust training in psychopharmacology and multiple therapy modalities, she is well equipped to provide personalized psychopharmacology and psychotherapy services that are tailored to fit the individual needs of each patient.  Treatment may also include coordination with schools and other providers, parent guidance, and family therapy, depending on each family's needs.  Dr. Kiehl is experienced in working with individuals and families to achieve greater mental health, allowing them the freedom to be who they truly are.

Dr. Kiehl has experience treating conditions associated with level 1 autism (formerly known as Asperger syndrome, sometimes referred to as "high functioning" autism) and provides medication management and psychotherapy for individuals on the autism spectrum and their family members (parents, siblings, etc.).
